PROJECT OVERVIEW
We designed and developed a comprehensive decentralised finance platform centred around the eMarsCoin TRC20 token on the Tron blockchain. The platform enables users to create and manage custom tokens, stake assets for rewards, trade peer-to-peer on a built-in DEX, and manage multi-currency deposits and withdrawals - all within a secure, KYC-verified environment available on web and mobile.

Layer 1 - BLOCKCHAIN & SMART CONTRACTS
The entire financial logic of the platform — token management, staking rewards, DEX trade settlement, and balance tracking — lives on-chain in audited, gas-optimised Solidity smart contracts deployed to the Tron network. This ensures full transparency, non-custodial fund management, and trustless operation for all users.
Defined and deployed custom TRC20 tokens on the Tron blockchain — including token name, symbol, total supply, decimal configuration, and ownership parameters. Each token is fully managed via smart contract with minting and burn capabilities where applicable.

Built a staking contract allowing users to lock up tokens for a 1-year period and earn rewards calculated by the staking logic. The contract handles lock-in enforcement, reward accrual calculations, and safe unstaking at maturity — all without custodial involvement.

Developed a peer-to-peer DEX contract supporting the full order lifecycle — creating buy/sell orders, matching orders by price and quantity, and settling trades via a secure escrow mechanism. Funds are held in smart contract escrow until both sides of a trade are fulfilled, eliminating counterparty risk.

Implemented multi-cryptocurrency deposit functionality within the smart contract layer, with individual token balance tracking per user. All balances are maintained on-chain, ensuring full transparency and eliminating reliance on off-chain balance records for financial operations.

All smart contract code was written with hardened security practices — protection against reentrancy attacks, integer overflow/underflow vulnerabilities, and denial-of-service attack vectors. Gas optimisation was applied throughout to minimise transaction costs on the Tron network without sacrificing functionality or security.

Layer 2 - ADMIN PANEL
The admin panel gives platform operators full visibility and control over every aspect of the system — from user KYC management to fee configuration, transaction monitoring, and CMS content updates.
Layer 3
The user-facing web application provides a clean, KYC-gated interface for all platform financial functions — built with React.js, Redux, and Tailwind CSS for a fast, responsive experience across all screen sizes.
Layer 4
The mobile applications are built with Flutter and Dart using a single codebase that delivers native performance on both iOS and Android. All web platform features are fully mirrored in the mobile apps, with a touch-optimised UI and real-time updates throughout.
SECURITY ARCHITECTURE
Security was treated as a first-class concern at every layer of the platform - from the smart contract code through to the authentication layer and KYC enforcement. The following measures were implemented and verified throughout development.
Smart contracts use checks-effects-interactions patterns and mutex guards to prevent recursive call exploitation by malicious contracts.
Safe math libraries and Solidity 0.8+ built-in overflow protection applied throughout all arithmetic operations in the smart contract code.
Gas limit management and loop restrictions prevent denial-of-service vectors within smart contract execution — protecting the platform from griefing attacks.
OAuth 2.0 / JWT token management with 2FA enforcement on all high-value actions including withdrawals, staking, and DEX order placement.
Identity verification is enforced before users can stake, deposit, withdraw, or place DEX orders — protecting the platform and complying with regulatory expectations.
DEX trades are settled through the smart contract escrow — neither party can access funds until trade conditions are fully and verifiably met on-chain.
